What are herbs?
They are the highest quality food known to man. They contain vitamins, minerals & trace elements in natural balance. They are whole foods that give the body energy.
 

Why do I use herbs?
I believe that God gave us the herbs to feed & maintain the body He made for this life on Earth. Herbs get to the cause of health problems and are a safe, natural, effective way to restore and maintain health.
 

Are there bad side effect from herbs?
Not as a general rule. However, a cleansing action or healing crisis (nausea, diarrhea, aches, etc.) may occur when herbs are used for the first time. This is the body's natural detoxifying process resulting in an improved state of health and well being.


 

Should herbs be treated like drugs?
Herbs are food, not drugs. Most herbs can be used in large quantities with no harmful side effects depending on the individual's needs. Mixing herbs has less of a side effect than eating different foods together. Sometimes different herbs should be taken at different times of the day to obtain the greatest benefit. Chemical drugs can be taken in conjunction with herbs, but should be taken at different times of the day (at least 2 hour apart). Common sense & listening to your body should tell you how much is needed.
 

How many herbs should I take & for how long?
Begin with recommended dosage and observe how your body reacts. If desired results are not received, increase or decrease dosage accordingly. For restoring health, dosage will need to be 5 to 7 times required for maintenance. Depending on ailment & severity of condition, approximately 3 months of sustained high dosage is usually required before the body is repaired. Sometimes it takes a full year or longer full reparation and/or restoration.
 

How soon should I get results?
There is no set answer. Factors involved are the severity of the problem, the person's assimilation and digestive system, the number of herbs taken, the particular problem and the individual's desire for health (attitude). Problems such as blood sugar inbalance or constipation will usually get marked results within a day, while more severe conditions such as arthritis or cancer may take weeks or months before any difference is noticed.
 

Can I quit taking my prescription drugs?
DO NOT EVER STOP taking prescription you are dependent upon without consulting your doctor. Many people have been able to gradually decrease drug dosage and frequency with the use of herbs. Your body will tell you when to call the doctor if your prescription drug dosage needs to be adjusted. Herbs work slower than drugs; they are safer than drugs and herbs work on causes, not symptoms.
 

What's the difference between herbs and vitamins?
Herbs and vitamins are not the same thing. Herbs are food, like oranges, for instance. Oranges contain a lot of Vitamin C along with other nutrients. Vitamins, by themselves do not exist in nature. Natural food sources contain vitamins and other things we need but particular vitamins are extracted from these natural sources and put in a tablet form to give you an extra amount of that particular nutrient.
